What our colour and learn paint games for kids actually teach
Colouring is the one activity where kids slow right down. That's the moment a name sticks — so we put a name on every picture.
Colour and Learn Paint is exactly what it sounds like. Your child taps a colour, fills in a shape, and while they're doing it they're reading the word printed under the drawing. Nobody is being tested. The learning rides along with the painting.
The animal set runs from Australian regulars to the ones kids only meet in books — kangaroo, koala, echidna, elephant, tiger. Kids choose whatever colours they like, but they notice the shapes: a beak, a trunk, spots, stripes, a long tail. Ask them afterwards what they painted and you usually get the animal's name back without prompting.
The garden set is petals, leaves, bees, worms and vegetables. It's a gentle way into the parts of a plant and the small jobs happening in a backyard. Kids finish knowing a sunflower from a daisy, and they start asking why the bee keeps turning up in every picture.
The sea set is the loud one. Coral, turtles, clownfish, seaweed, jellyfish. Blue stops being just blue once a child has painted a reef. Sea life names stick here because every creature looks so different from the one beside it — that contrast does the teaching for us.

Number Zapper
Numbers drift across the screen and your child zaps only the ones that fit the rule — the multiples, the odd ones, the ones under twenty. It sharpens quick mental maths without a worksheet in sight.
Memory Match
Cards face down, flip two at a time, remember where the pair was hiding. It practises concentration and visual memory, and it is the one game where kids routinely beat the adult sitting next to them.
Spell It
A word appears, then your child taps the letters into the right order. Good for sight words, phonics and the tricky spellings that keep coming back in class. Short rounds, so they can do three before losing interest.
Shopping Maths
