02 — Chapter one

How a round works before you hand over the tablet

We wrote these quizzes for the ten spare minutes you actually have — after school, in the car, or while dinner finishes cooking.

Every quiz on this page is free. Kids pick easy, medium or hard, answer a short round, and collect stars that stay on the device they played on. There is no child login, no email address and nothing to buy first.

Short bursts suit curious kids. Ten questions about volcanoes or the capital of Western Australia does more than an hour of scrolling, and it is far easier to say yes to. If a topic clicks, they can come back tomorrow and try the harder level.

We write it all in plain Australian English with big, obvious buttons, so a seven-year-old can find the play button on their own and a grown-up can see what a game teaches in one line. Every game itself runs at our playable add-on — this page is the doorway.

  2. Maths Games

Practice across addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, shapes, measurement, money, telling the time, word problems and times tables, from counting objects up to early algebra.

  3. English & Literacy Games

Spelling, phonics, sight words, grammar, punctuation and word sorting activities that build reading and writing confidence through short, repeatable rounds.

  4. Science, Geography, History & Trivia

Quizzes and interactive activities covering science concepts and lab experiments, Australian and world geography, history including First Nations topics, and general knowledge trivia.

03 — Where they get played

Kitchen tables, back seats and classroom mats

These are the moments we build for: one device, a couple of kids, a few minutes, and someone asking why the ocean is salty.

Two primary school kids sharing one tablet at a kitchen table, taking turns tapping quiz answers

A kid who asks one more question has already won the round. That is the whole reason these quizzes are short, free and playable on the family phone.
