Contact the T&F Amazing Adventures team — we read every email
We're the small crew behind Thea and Faye's Amazing Games. Parents, teachers and schools right across Australia write to us about the free games, the Parent Pass and the School Licence.
02 — One address
Email is the best way to contact the T&F Amazing Adventures team
Write to support@pineseed.com.au. It lands with the same people who build the games, so we can open the exact game you're talking about before we reply.
Most messages fall into four groups. A question about how a game works — the easy, medium and hard levels, the stars saved on the device, or why a round finished early. Feedback, or an idea for a game you'd like us to build. A question about the Parent Pass and what the NAPLAN-style practice for Year 3 and Year 5 actually covers. Or a School Licence enquiry for one class or a whole school, including class codes and the Classroom Challenge.
We're Australian and everything we publish is written for Australian kitchen tables and Australian classrooms, from Year 1 through Year 6 and up to about age thirteen. Wherever you are in the country, the same email address reaches us.
Nothing changes while you wait for an answer. The core games stay free forever, no child login is needed to play them, and the stars your kids have earned stay on their device.

How we work
A clear path from first conversation to finished work.
Free Learning Games by Age
Age hubs for 5–7, 7–9, 9–11 and 11–13 year olds, plus Year 1 to Year 6 pages, so kids can jump straight to games pitched at the right level. No signup required to play.
Maths Games
Practice across addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, shapes, measurement, money, telling the time, word problems and times tables, from counting objects up to early algebra.
English & Literacy Games
Spelling, phonics, sight words, grammar, punctuation and word sorting activities that build reading and writing confidence through short, repeatable rounds.
Science, Geography, History & Trivia
Quizzes and interactive activities covering science concepts and lab experiments, Australian and world geography, history including First Nations topics, and general knowledge trivia.
03 — Where the games live
the games you'll probably be writing to us about
Maths, spelling, science quizzes and painting — all free, all running in the app. If your message is about one of them, name it and we'll find it in seconds.

The core games stay free forever. This website is the brochure, guide and doorway — every game actually runs in the app, and no child needs a login to play the free ones.
Before you hit send
Four details that get you a faster answer
You don't need a long message. These four lines tell us almost everything we need to help.
Parent or teacher
Tell us which hat you're wearing. A parent asking about home practice and a teacher planning a Friday rotation need different answers, and we'd rather give you the right one first time.

Year level or age
Year 1 through Year 6, or roughly ages five to thirteen. Knowing the level lets us point you straight at the right age hub instead of the whole collection.

The device being used
Phone, tablet, laptop or the classroom interactive whiteboard. If something looks squashed or a button won't tap, the device is usually the first clue we check.
The name of the game
Number Zapper, Memory Match, Spell It, Shopping Maths, Times Tables Master. If your message is about one game, the name saves us both a second email.
Tell us what you need and we'll write back
One address, support@pineseed.com.au, reaches the people who build the games. Game questions, Parent Pass queries, School Licence enquiries for a class or a whole school, or an idea for a new game — all welcome. The games themselves are free to play any time in
